I am very pleased with my purchase! I have been wanting a 4 series for a while now, but I wasn’t a fan of the newer models. She was able to find an older model that was a 3 series, but it wasn’t exactly what I had in mind. I loved the car anyway, and decided to move forward with it. THEN! Miraculously! An older 4 series arrived! I mentioned it to Jessica and she was on it right away! Macy was also great in the buying process. She was very kind and attentive to anything I needed whenever I arrived to the dealership. She always made me feel comfortable during my visits! Entering the financial stage, I met Ms. Amy. She was very excited to help me, and again I felt no pressure at all! I appreciated her flexibility and excitement for me. We are located in Charlotte, NC, while the dealership is in Mississippi, but the entire process was handled online and could not have been easier. The team made everything seamless, including handling the North Carolina vehicle registration paperwork for us. They also covered both the vehicle shipping and registration-related shipping costs, which was a huge plus. The car was delivered in just about six weeks from the time we placed the order. It arrived with a full tank of gas, fully charged, and in perfect condition. What impressed us most was how smooth and stress-free the entire experience was despite being an out-of-state purchase.
