This was the worst car buying experience of many in my life. Ironically for by far the most expensive car I have ever purchased. I began my mission to purchase an individual M5 Touring almost 2 years ago life. Ironically for by far the most expensive car I have ever purchased. I began my mission to purchase an individual M5 Touring almost 2 years ago. After waiting over a year for my local dealers, I finally engaged a broker to find an allocation for performance center delivery. Galleria came through with an allocation in December 2025. I received an itemized quote for a 2026 model. Two months later that got canceled because BMW stopped all individual paint requests for the remainder of 26 model year production. Finally got an allocation for a 2027 and it left the factory back in June. Now I'm not mad at anyone at this point. I realize this car is in high demand with limited availability. I tracked the shipping and called my salesperson to begin the paperwork when the car was almost to the port. I was told they don't do it that way. The car has to be at the performance center and the delivery date scheduled before beginning any paperwork. Okay, fine, I figured maybe another week. About a week later the salesperson calls and says we're sorry but your car is not in Spartanburg, it's here in Mississippi. I was told that BMW North America was to blame because their systems were screwed up when the car was ordered. Now if that were the case you would think BMW NA would have shipped it back to Spartanburg but that was not even offered. Instead Galleria would pay to ship it to my door. When I get the paperwork the sales contract didn't include my deposit payment. It did include an additional fee for the electronic registration filing and the increased price for the 2027 model. I knew the price had increased and the difference wasn't that much but when someone puts a price in writing I expect it to be honored. Or at least be notified that it can't be honored as soon as they know they can't. I was basically told that was the price and there was nothing they could do about it. Take it or leave it. The paperwork package also had an affidavit that I was expected to sign stating that I was "taking physical possession" of the car that day. This was obviously a false statement in that the car was 800 miles away and I had never even laid eyes on it. I was again informed that; "This form was required and this is the way we have always done it." I did sign the form. I did pay their price. I did close the deal and I have received the car and I love it. I am however very disappointed that Galleria BMW turned what should have been a happy and enjoyable experience into an aggravating and frustrating one. More

We even requested a few configuration changes after production had already started, and they went above and beyond to accommodate those changes. We are located in Charlotte, NC, while the dealership is in Mississippi, but the entire process was handled online and could not have been easier. The team made everything seamless, including handling the North Carolina vehicle registration paperwork for us. They also covered both the vehicle shipping and registration-related shipping costs, which was a huge plus. The car was delivered in just about six weeks from the time we placed the order. It arrived with a full tank of gas, fully charged, and in perfect condition. What impressed us most was how smooth and stress-free the entire experience was despite being an out-of-state purchase. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and we always felt taken care of. Love, love, love the service we received.
