I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. My driver side wiper quit working Friday during a rain storm. Fortunately I wasn’t far from Klaben. I drove the vehicle there and fortunately the service department was still open. I first met with Sean… storm. Fortunately I wasn’t far from Klaben. I drove the vehicle there and fortunately the service department was still open. I first met with Sean… the service manager. He looked at the wiper and apparently the gear was stripped. He tightened it enough for me to drive it. My service contact Kim… quickly got me scheduled to bring the vehicle in first thing Monday morning. The service department replaced the necessary parts and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. Kim and Sean went out of the way to take care of my problem quickly and efficiently. I can’t praise them enough. More

I trust no one more than Mona Crooks and Klaben Ford to take care of my needs for my 2008 Ford Explorer and they do it in a timely manner.
