I have been a customer with this dealership now for 11 years, 1 month and 2 days. I couldn’t be more happier with this location. Each and every time they seem to amaze me with their experience, kindness a years, 1 month and 2 days. I couldn’t be more happier with this location. Each and every time they seem to amaze me with their experience, kindness and overall integrity. My recent experience was exceptional with Scott back in service. I had some complications with my vehicle and the warranty company was denying my claims. It seems that Scott bent over backwards to make it happen. I would like to thank Scott for his EXCELLENT customer service and his time and patience with my matter. Thank you Scott!!! More

I have always had a positive experience with the service department especially with Scott Spath and Ashley Neely, They go over what they are going to do and how long it will take. They put a aftermarket lif department especially with Scott Spath and Ashley Neely, They go over what they are going to do and how long it will take. They put a aftermarket lift kit on my truck and I couldn't be happier with the results. I did have issues with the sales department representative which I know I will not buy another vehicle from Ganly Ford. I would have it serviced there. Service department is excellent . More

They worked with my 3rd party warranty that I got when I purchased the car at another dealership. I appreciated it, as I didn't realize I purchased a 3rd party one. They were fixing my car under a warranty that I had purchased. However, they fixed a covered part and did not even inquire with the warranty company about it. They also didn't mention it to me until ti purchased. However, they fixed a covered part and did not even inquire with the warranty company about it. They also didn't mention it to me until time for me to pick up my vehicle. When I got there, Scott was long gone, and when I asked why I was paying for a part that should have been covered by the warranty, my options were to either pay it or wait until the next day and talk to Scott. We asked for a manager, and some guy came out of an office. He got irate with my boyfriend. He said that the warranty company wouldn't cover the timing chain that needed to be replaced because it was stretched, and that I would have to pay for it. I had spoken with the warranty company on the way to the dealership, and they had no notes or anything about a timing chain. The man told me to call the warranty company right there, so I did, and he got really irate. He told me and my boyfriend to just leave. My boyfriend said to give us our keys and we would. The man opened their key box, throwing a bunch of customer's keys all over the floor, hitting my boyfriend's legs with some, and got my keys out of the box. He shoved the key into my boyfriend's face, so we got my car and left. I will never go back. I'll find another ford dealership. This is not the way to treat a customer who was simply questioning why the warranty company was not contacted about a covered part. More

Coupon bait and switch. There is an attempt by the sales staff to OVER CHARGE for new vehicles. No rewards for being a loyal customer to these xxxxxxxx.
