Feels like a poorly run assembly line when it comes to service. When you call into the dealership for service, you get transferred to an outside answering service that can’t get in touch with anyone physi service. I had the blessed opportunity to work with a great team here at Cobb County Toyota. My dream team consisted of Dana (Sales Specialist), Bernard (Finance Manager) and Rob (Sales Manager). Each of these gent here at Cobb County Toyota. My dream team consisted of Dana (Sales Specialist), Bernard (Finance Manager) and Rob (Sales Manager). Each of these gentlemen were patient and attentive while guiding me through the process of buying my dream car. My previous car buying experiences have solely been at CarMax, and while those experiences were not bad, my experience here at Cobb Country Toyota was much more personable and inviting. They didn’t make me feel pressured to make a purchase, they actually cared enough to listen to what I wanted, gave me the space to work through any reservations I might have had, and went above and beyond with helping me find something within the budget that I had worked out in my brain. Even now after the purchase has been finalized, they have still checked in to see how all was going. The Cobb County Toyota team made this feel more like a familial experience as opposed to a pressured/rushed transaction, and I couldn’t be more grateful. While I hope to not have to buy another car for at least another 10 years from now lol, when that time comes, I’ll surely be checking Cobb County Toyotas inventory first! Dana Cummings was great, very patient and pleasant to deal with.
