First it was the GM of sales calling me and he made the deal and made it happen. Second the friendlyness of the team was very noticeable. My needs and desire was understood and they made it happen. We have purchased cars from Cobb County Toyota for 30 years. General Sales Manager, Rob Smith, treats us like family. No dealer fees or expensive add-ons like other dealers. As long as Rob Smith works here, we won’t buy a Toyota anywhere else. Our salesman this time was Anthony Ahumada. He was great and made the process seamless and easy. Please don’t go down the road and pay CarMax the same money for a used Toyota or another dealer that will make you dread the car buying process. More

Very good, since I Haven’t purchased a new car since 2004. Everyone was kind and respectful. They had answers for my questions. However, they need to cut down the amount of time in the process of just trying to get a price. I must’ve signed 20 documents. Until I finally had to say that I was leaving unless I spoke with somebody who could give me information on the Interest rates to finance the car and monthly payments. It took approximately an hour, and insisting many times that I was gonna walk out before I finally was able to talk about financing. More

My experience at Cobb County Toyota was disappointing. Some members of the team at Cobb County Toyota really confirm the reputation that most car salesman have. I would not have done business here if not for the specific Tacoma I wanted on the lot. My sales representative, Steve Coronado, was adequate, but interactions with manager Robert Smith and sales rep Jason were unsatisfactory (Robert Smith being the final say in everything and Jason for inserting himself into negotiations Friday night and reminded me the Black Friday deal I had seen when I began shopping around “was” a deal I could no longer get). Negotiations began on the evening of December 5. While initial discussions included offers of discounts, the process became aggressive, with pressure to sign immediately despite my request for time to consult my wife that evening. After deciding not to proceed Saturday morning, my car unexpectedly broke down the next day. I contacted Steve, who indicated that most of the original terms could still be honored. However, upon returning, I found key elements of the deal—including the monthly payment and down payment—had changed for the worse. Robert was unwilling to negotiate further, and Steve’s influence was limited. Ultimately, I incurred an additional $1,001 due to this 24-hour difference in accepting the deal. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of during a difficult time. I am pleased with the vehicle, but I cannot recommend this dealership due to the unprofessional and unsympathetic approach I encountered. More
