I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Wonderful customer service experience! Tim Sterling has exceptionally great customer service! I was very impressed with how he handled not only the questions I had about all the used cars o Tim Sterling has exceptionally great customer service! I was very impressed with how he handled not only the questions I had about all the used cars on the lot but also his willingness to spend time helping me pick out the car that is right for my family. He went above and beyond not only before but as well as after I picked a car out ( 2013 Ford Escape in ginger ale metallic) to show my husband and I how to operate everything in the car and even set up Sync for our phones for us. I will absolutely return just because of the great service that he provided us I felt very comfortable purchasing a car at Klaben Ford and will return for further car purchases! Thank you Tim for not being the typical car salesman that everyone dreads I am absolutely thrilled with my new car! He deserves employee of the month! A special thank you to Rich Klaben for coming over just to thank us for our purchase. I really thought it was a special moment to be thanked by Mr. Klaben himself.
