I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

1100 Miles Away..... I made the right choice While searching for my Ford Certified F150, I became my own obstacle in the sales process by learning about the many packages; engines, colors, etc., While searching for my Ford Certified F150, I became my own obstacle in the sales process by learning about the many packages; engines, colors, etc., to where there were only 4 units available in the US that fit my needs. From the first communication I made to Klaben Ford Lincoln, to the ongoing follow up, it was clear to me that this Dealer understands that being different and genuinely customer centric is the right place to be. Many would be dissuaded by the distance, but during my 17 hour drive back to Florida, I had plenty of time to reflect on the best possible buying experience...ever! So to Tyler, Jen, and the many others behind the scene who make all this happen the way we want and expect, I extend my highest level of gratitude and appreciation. We like his "no nonsense" approach to sales. Richard Klaben wants to do whatever it takes to make the deal mutually beneficial and "get it done"! They are both professional and businesslike and made us feel like we were the only customer at the dealership and gave us their full and undivided attention.
