I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Phenomenal care for a loyal customer Klaben worked so hard to get me in the car I wanted for I price I needed. It was my first car buying experience and they made it so smooth. My Edge I have had the great experience of buying or leasing 9 vehicles from Klaben Ford and Lincoln of Kent in the last 15 years. These cars were and are bei I have had the great experience of buying or leasing 9 vehicles from Klaben Ford and Lincoln of Kent in the last 15 years. These cars were and are being driven by 3 members of my immediate family. Mike Cooney has been my salesman on all 9 transactions and I cannot speak highly enough on his integrity and fairness, but my repeated purchases says more than words ever could. Those same purchases speak volumes on my perception of the dealership and the service department. Nobody buys 9 vehicles from the same dealership and salesman unless they are extremely happy. I heartily endorse Klaben! More

Mr. Klaben and his staff personify customer service On a Thursday afternoon I talked to Mr. Klaben about my need to get out of my leased Fusion due to a new business venture. In essence, I needed a truc On a Thursday afternoon I talked to Mr. Klaben about my need to get out of my leased Fusion due to a new business venture. In essence, I needed a truck to haul equipment to and from events. He invited me to come and see him that following Monday to see if they could put something together that made sense. I showed up Monday morning @ 10 AM and @ 2 PM I was driving off the lot with a brand new F-150. Keep in mind, I had 10 months left on my lease and somehow Mr. Klaben was able to get me out of it!! My sales guy Chris was very good to work with. He was very chill and not pushy at all like reps at other dealers. We talked very practically about what I needed this new vehicle to be able to do for me and we were able to find the perfect fit; the 2019 F-150 XLT Crew Cab. It's got the hauling capability for my business along with the cab space to drive my wife and kids around to and from school/work/sporting events all while staying within my budget! Everyone from the gentleman that greeted me at the door, to my sales guy Chris and finally Christine in the finance department was fantastic. They truly personify customer service and THAT is the Klaben difference. I cannot see myself doing business with anyone else. More

Great! Great! Great! 4/26/2019 I had an appointment to turn my Ford Escape and Ford Fusion leases in. Roscoe Woodberry took care of my daughter and myself. It was such a 4/26/2019 I had an appointment to turn my Ford Escape and Ford Fusion leases in. Roscoe Woodberry took care of my daughter and myself. It was such a great experience! He got me taken care of and I went to financing and When I came back he was able to take care of my daughter by answering all of her concerns. When we got there she was adamant about not releasing because she had such a bad experience with the car and milage. She now is in her own lease with more milage for her and Roscoe did a great job. She and I are so happy with how we were treated. She even got to meet Rich Klaben who also helped with some additional questions she had. Thanks again!!! Truly & Daylynn Dumas More
