I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

NO REGRETS I don’t know where to begin, Chris And Louis from Klaben Ford are the BEST around. From start to finish I was explained to carefully and in full detai I don’t know where to begin, Chris And Louis from Klaben Ford are the BEST around. From start to finish I was explained to carefully and in full detail every step of the process. As a first time car buyer/ leaser AND a woman, it was important to me that I wasn’t talked to like I was an idiot. I wanted to know my options and I wanted people who could be straight forward on what was achievable on pricing. I’ve had many dealerships get my interest with advertised low pricing that was totally FALSE and when I went in, they would only show me rates if I put so much down (more than I wanted to) and a 39 month lease trying to get me with low monthly installments. I didn’t like those subtle tricks- not for a second did Louis or Chris do that with me. They made sure I knew of all my pricing options and helped me get the process completed quickly. I mean I’m talking 5-star service, texting me past office hours to answer questions, setting up paperwork so I could be in and out within the hour, and treating me with the upmost respect. These are people who are ready to work hard just for you and you don’t run into many people like that anymore. Mr. Klaben also personally came up and greeted me and that made me feel valued as a customer. Can’t recommend them enough! More

Over th As the Executive Director of a Cleveland-based non-for-profit organization I am always looking for what is best for our agency and our budget. Over the past decade we have purchased more than 10 vehicles from Klaben Ford in Kent, Ohio. It's not the closet Ford dealership to our downtown Cleveland location - but in my opinion it's the best! Over the past 30+ years we have purchased many vans and pickup trucks from a variety of dealerships but we continue to return Klaben Ford when we need a new vehicle. Our sales person, Doug Carter, has always looked out for our best interest and has gone above and beyond a typical dealership by locating vehicles (sometimes very hard to find) that meet our needs and our budget. Our recent purchase was efficient as always, from the financing with Jennifer Bowen and Doug's personal and attentive service that makes the dealership so great. The owner, Rich Klaben , even took the time to personally thank me for our business. It truly is worth the extra drive to Kent and Klaben Ford. More
