Best dealership with excellent staff My lease on my 2016 Ford Escape was due to run out. Roscoe Woodberry called me about coming in to discuss what I planned to do. I had set up a 2pm tim My lease on my 2016 Ford Escape was due to run out. Roscoe Woodberry called me about coming in to discuss what I planned to do. I had set up a 2pm time to come in but ended up at the doctor’s getting injections in my back I called Roscoe and asked if 3 or 3:30 was okay and he was very agreeable. When I arrived, Roscoe asked if I could walk to the other bldg. Due to my back, Roscoe brought a car to take me there. He went over all the financial choices for buying out my lease. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a 3 year lease and only 5,200 miles on my car. Tim Casto came over and talked about the possibility of leasing a newer vehicle. He was not pushy but very nice. He talked to me today while Roscoe was getting paperwork done. I would highly recommend Roscoe if you wanted to buy a car. Klaben has been our families dealership for over 25 years. My parents, my mother-in-law bought identical Ford Fusions just weeks apart. I have owned 2 Ford Explorers and my Ford Escape. I have never had any problems with any of my cars. I met with Christine Klaben for the financial aspect. She went to 8 years of school with my daughter so we know each other well She also had her father, Rich Klaben come in as I knew him from Church and he lived around the corner from my brother years ago. Overall, I would rate Roscoe, Tim and Christine as a top ten in service. They know their stuff very well and answered all my questions. I would encourage people to buy their next car from Klaben and have Roscoe sell them the car of their dreams. My time with the Klaben people was exceptional. Roscoe brought my car over to the bldg we were in so I did not have to walk to the Service Dept. He was aware of my health conditions and was very considerate. I am a very happy Klaben car owner and will always lease or buy my cars from Klaben. They are unlike any other dealership that I had the misfortune to deal with in the the far past. I feel like family when I am at Klaben. I will be sure to look up Roscoe when I take my car in for the oil change just to say hello. Great dealership and #1 dealership in Portage and Summit Counties. It was a pleasure to work with Roscoe, Tim, and Christine!! More
