I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

I believe in good people again I had the absolute best service anyone can ask for. They did their best to stay within my budget and get me into a car I love. Even called me the next I had the absolute best service anyone can ask for. They did their best to stay within my budget and get me into a car I love. Even called me the next day to see how things were going. This is the only place that treated me with respect and like family. I have had a lot of other bad experiences with other dealerships. But these guys made me realize not all dealerships are there to just take your money there are decent ones out there. Everyone from the sales guy, financial lady and the owner treated me great! Thank you! More

Fantastic Klaben keeps to their word. If they tell you a price, that is the price it is. No going into the finance office and facing untold costs or surprises Klaben keeps to their word. The salesmen also take the time to make sure you understand everything and are comfortable with your new purchase. I couldn’t recommend highly enough!!! More

Quick, Easy, and Affordable This will be my 5th time going to Klaben Ford in Kent for a vehicle. I have leased my last 4 vehicles which I have loved them all. Now I am 9 months p This will be my 5th time going to Klaben Ford in Kent for a vehicle. I have leased my last 4 vehicles which I have loved them all. Now I am 9 months pregnant and needed to get out of my F150 lease a little early to get something that better suits my soon to be family. I didn't think I would be able to get out of my lease into what I wanted for a decent price. But yet again, Klaben proved me wrong. Roscoe was able to help me get out of the lease into an Explorer ( which was exactly what I wanted) for a reasonable monthly payment. As always the process was very quick and painless. Roscoe helped me to get the best deal and Christine helped me to get the best warranties. Shes also the quickest when it comes to the finance paper work. I highly recommend Klaben Ford in Kent. They have treated my as family for the past 7 years! More

Chris urgently replied to my inquiry and he started the process via phone and did not waste my time! He was able to get me th car I wanted fast and had everything ready for when I got there(which was nice because I have 2 under 2)! Great service from the whole team! More

Then they made sure it was up to specs and contacted me to come in the truck was ready. I came in on a referral and they truly made sure I was in a sound vehicle for years to come.
