I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Incredible leasing experience!! It started with my son. He had just flipped from a Fusion lease to an F-150 lease. When I saw the app on his iPhone last Saturday where he could st It started with my son. He had just flipped from a Fusion lease to an F-150 lease. When I saw the app on his iPhone last Saturday where he could start/lock/unlock the vehicle from anywhere I wanted it. So he called Rich Klaben and on Thursday we met with Chris Volk who helped us test drive and today(Saturday) he sat patiently with us to explain all the features and we drove out with two 2019 Fusion Hybrid’s. Everyone was great. And I mean everyone. Even guys who weren’t part of our deal were friendly and helpful. Denise in Finance was great and fast! Handled lease paperwork for two vehicles efficiently and quickly. Rich came down and shook our hands and welcomed us to the Ford family. Class act and a class dealership! Thanks to everyone!
