

I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Mona is great however I won’t be using Klabens service dept again. They now charge a 3% fee for using a CC. So in essence, they are saying you must pay cash for any and all services. Because whether it is cash money or debit they are saying you must have the cash for any service you perform. Fast food doesn’t charge a 3% fee but Klaben does? Also, they stated I. Red new lug nuts because mine were “swollen”. How much for that? $150.00. I bought them for $40. Almost four times more. Dealerships are always more but that is absolutely ridiculous. I bought my truck there and they are the o my ones who have ever touched it but that will be the last time. That 3% CC fee is completely ridiculous. More
