

I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Mona is my contact. Every appointment has been a great experience. Mona is professional, courteous, pleasant, friendly, informative. I had a couple questions today and Every appointment has been a great experience. Mona is professional, courteous, pleasant, friendly, informative. I had a couple questions today and she answered them and treated me like a customer, not like I was bothering her. She reminded me that my 30,0 mile inspection was due, too me the cost and it would be a 4 hr wait. I appreciated that very much. I told her I would try to get someone to pick me up or pick a day when I could wait and reschedule. In this day and age, unfortunately, it is difficult finding a person that likes their job and treats customers with respect. Maintenance is necessary but not always enjoyable, but Mona makes it a lot easier to deal with it. More
