Worst service department I've ever experienced. Can't fix an issue with "carplay". It's been 2 years. They blow you off. Don't return phone calls. Don't return texts. They play the blame game. Makes so many excuses but yet my car still isn't fixed. Will never buy another Kia. More

Brian took instant action. Car was looked at by both he and Mark. They concluded right away the car required to stay for repairs. Transportation at "dealer rates" was secured. Stayed focused, on top of, and had all answerd to my concerns. Absolute best hans down. More

I bought the car November last month I was driving the car stop with me in the middle of the road I had to put it on park start it again when I started driving it was shaking bad I didn't know what to do car stop with me in the middle of the road I had to put it on park start it again when I started driving it was shaking bad I didn't know what to do I went to Kia West explained to the dealer the guy told me to go to service department I was scared to drive the car I walked to the service department explained the situation to manager he went to the dealer to got the car to service department I was really appreciate it More
