This was my first time using Wood and was very pleased from the start. I was greated on Saturday by the service advisor and set up appt for later in the week. Unfortunately my truck was in the shop for 5 days and all that was needed to correct the issue was to plug the connectors under the seat that weren’t connected at the factory. Krystal was great but the tech that was needed to correct the issue was to plug the connectors under the seat that weren’t connected at the factory. Krystal was great but the techs couldn’t have been working on my truck all day every day. I did get 2 free oil changes because of the delay but GMC and the techs should have found this much earlier than they did. More
