Unfortunately, Cobb My son brought his 2019 Tacoma in for service at around 66,000 miles in March. The 60K service specifies a transmission service. Unfortunately, Cobb County Toyota’s service adviser did not add that to the service. 2,000 miles later, the truck was diagnosed with needing a new transmission torque converter. Research indicates that low transmission fluid can cause issues with the converter. The estimate for the new torque converter is about $4,000. We are not very happy. More
