Justin was accommodating. I had a coupon but it was only good for my other car. He talked to the human resource lady and they allowed a one time exception with the coupon. I have never noticed your coupons listing a specific car Vin #. When I called to schedule the appointment the representative told me my coupon will work and he even used my vin# when making the appointment. I don't agree that the coupons should allow one specific car for the offer. My suggestion would be don't list a specific car for the offer. Otherwise everything else was great service as always.
