Two years into the purchase of my vehicle, I finally was told the stamps on the paperwork are car wash tokens. Of course the car was was under repair so I still couldnt use it. I only found out because I wa told the stamps on the paperwork are car wash tokens. Of course the car was was under repair so I still couldnt use it. I only found out because I was using a coupon that said it included a car wash so I asked about the car wash. The guy pointed at my paper and said you have 4 tokens to use there. If you dont ask, toyota staff are not going to tell you. They're going to adsume you know everything. The services are incredibly over priced. And I was able to correct all but the alignment myself with $40 and an hour of my time. Another woman next to me was complaining about the car wash being closed amd theyvgabe her a cpupon to use at another place. No one offered me that, it was more of like, yeah sorry it's closed but not our problem. Again, if you dont ask, they could care less if you left satisfied, they're just happy to take your money. Customer service/satisfaction is not the number 1 priority. I will go back when I have a coupon otherwise I'll just use my local mechanic now that I've exhausted my extended maintenance care package. More
