When I'm not helping service customers I enjoy spending time with my family and I play softball two nights a week. I'm a huge Wisconsin sports fan and enjoy watching all of them. Took my car in for a parasitic draw diagnostic and told them that i have a brand new Interstate battery installed. They claimed it was because I wasn't using an OEM Honda battery and conned me into buying them that i have a brand new Interstate battery installed. They claimed it was because I wasn't using an OEM Honda battery and conned me into buying their $230 battery plus $50 labor, or pay the $95 diagnostic fee. I asked her if they performed a parasitic draw test and she told me that would be another $95 on top. I went there for a parasitic draw test in the first place! I left there $300 poorer and my parasitic draw issue is still there! More
