The dealership was very clean. It had drinks and snacks available for customers. I was greeted by Derrick outside and the whole test driving part was a breeze. Easy to work with as a sales representative and dealership. This is now the 5th car I have purchased from Russ Darrow, and I typically get what I am looking for at the price I am looking for. The o dealership. This is now the 5th car I have purchased from Russ Darrow, and I typically get what I am looking for at the price I am looking for. The only issue I have is with their military appreciation and his they verify service. The military is not just active duty, and includes the national guard as well as reserve services. To get told I don't qualify even though I served for 20 years every time I have gotten a new vehicle is extremely frustrating. More
