I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

Disappointed in service of vehicle and poor management After 3 separate diagnostics on my vehicle in 2 weeks, 3 different evaluations were given to me. What started out as a blown fuse at the first diagnos After 3 separate diagnostics on my vehicle in 2 weeks, 3 different evaluations were given to me. What started out as a blown fuse at the first diagnosis became $4,000.00 worth of work at the 3rd diagnosis, all within 2 weeks. This is after paying $1,400.00 after the first 2 diagnosis. I actually drove the car only a few yards after the first repair, where I told the car was in perfect condition, and had to immediately return. I ultimately had my car towed from Rallye because I did not trust the dealership. Management was no help after speaking with them, despite waiting a week for their response. After purchasing this car from the dealership and spending over $70,000.00, I deserve better. PS - the one star is for my service advisor he was good. More

Bait and switch I brought in my BMW for the recall, one of your letters arrived late, I had to do one of the recall repairs on my own. I brought in the bill from my repair shop for reimbursement as required by law, and was told BMW may not honor the entire bill. This is nonsense and no excuses will be acceptable. If my entire bill is not covered and paid back to me, not only will I never buy another BMW, I will never recommend Rallye and will start if need be a blog uniting other dissatisfied BMW customers. Play it straight and all will be fine between us. Take care of me properly and I will happily recommend you, if not the reverse will be the case, count on it. More

He was very nice + stuck to his word of saying car would be ready in an hour. I didnt like how the front desk lady forgot to give me my car key + told me my car was ready. I walked to the car out in the cold, assuming the keys were left in the car. Next time she needs to be more careful. Also, where does it say in the lease contract that any servicing in the future, I would have to pay for since im over 58K miles? Just wanted to know. More
