I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

New to Rallye BMW I have been a customer of Oyster Bay BMW for over 6 years. Their service is now so terrible and the overall running of the dealership is so poor that I have been a customer of Oyster Bay BMW for over 6 years. Their service is now so terrible and the overall running of the dealership is so poor that I took a chance and contacted Christopher Blanco at Rallye BMW and told him about my experience at Oyster Bay. He said to bring it in for service. It was nothing less than exceptional from start to finish. I was welcomed by Chris Blanco and he handed me off to Jonathan Szypot. Jonathan just added another level to the exceptional experience. They serviced the car, and Jonathan let me know when the service was completed. I am now a customer of Rallye, and will never go back to Oyster Bay. The level of service and professionalism is not even in the same league. Well done Rallye and thanks again to Chris and Jonathan. Thankful for a dealership like Rallye BMW I wouldn't go to another BMW other than this one. At Rallye, they make you feel welcome before you even get out of your car. The valet and service coo I wouldn't go to another BMW other than this one. At Rallye, they make you feel welcome before you even get out of your car. The valet and service coordinators are very polite and everyone seems to be working hard, which is very important to me. It made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in the possession of someone else other than myself. They made it clear that my car would not be washed after service as I requested although they do have a fabulous car wash on site where you can go visit 10am to 3pm during the week complimentary. I set an appointment with Dennis who is an excellent service advisor. Dennis made sure that all my concerns were documented correctly and even introduced me to the service manager Christopher Blanco who also made sure that all my concerns were met as I was dealing with a tough situation. I was stressed going in knowing I've been to other dealers in the passed and have not received even close the same customer service that rallye offers. I was contacted two days later that my vehicle was ready and picked up same day in a timely manner. I received my car back in the same condition as I left it in as I declined car wash. The technician Roy was also a big part in making my experience here amazing. I did not have to return my vehicle for any of the issues I had before or any new ones. He left a card in my car letting me know he was the one who worked on it. I will be returning as I believe this place is running a great honest business. I drive a 2011 BMW M3 and I sent feel comfortable bringing my car to other places. If you're looking for a place where you can trust, go to rallye bmw. More

The best laid plans I went out to my car to start my errands for the day and it wouldn’t start. Would make a sound. Tried the other key - nothing. Called Rallye and was t I went out to my car to start my errands for the day and it wouldn’t start. Would make a sound. Tried the other key - nothing. Called Rallye and was told to come right in. Called AAA for a tow and was on my way. Chris Blanco, who isn’t my usual service manager, got things rolling quickly. Shortly thereafter I was in a loaner car and able to get most of my errands taken care of. I got my car back the same day so I was very happy about that. The day didn’t start out like expected, but it worked out pretty well, all things considered. More
