I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

Simply The Best I’ve been a loyal Rallye customer for over ten years now and they are one of the only companies that keep getting better through the years. The minute you pull in you are greeted by friendly faces and are warmly welcomed. The entire experience from pulling in to driving away is 5 star. Matthew Carlson and Chris Blanco always check in with me and make sure I have anything and everything I need and want. Brandon Tibbals made sure I was in and out on this trip and was amazing! When you join the Rallye family you really become just that family. If more companies were as focused on the customer as Rallye is the world would be a better and less stressful place! More

Shame on them I have two vehicles from this dealership. Both times dashboard lights went one. Called dealership. Brought vehicle in. Both times I was advised that my issue wasn’t under warranty that I must have spilled water on my seat. Told me it would cost me to repair. Only I am in this car and I never spilled water. I left. Next rain day, when i got in my car, I videotaped the rain seeping in from the roof. They repaired it then. Two trips. Hours of time away from work. Other car. Brought it in. Advised tire bald and not covered under tire insurance. Said i had to purchase new tire. $400. Tired didn’t look bald to me so i brought to two reputable car mechanics. Both told me tire not bald. Called dealership. Manager asked me to bring vehicle back so he can see. However, I had brought vehicle in earlier that day and it was seen by their mechanics. When i threatened to pursue a fraud claim, I was asked to bring car back for another look. Fast forward, they told me tire wasn’t bald. Their mistake. They replaced the tire. How was that a “mistake”. Sounds like a scam to me. I have zero trust in this dealership. Nobody returns calls. Never is their a loaner available and nothing is covered under warranty yet everything actually is. Although i love my car, I won’t ever get another BMW and I wonder how many customers have been dupped. I posted on social media asking ppl their thoughts and everyone said I had to post it here. Never knew this site existed. But from two very recent experiences, it’s scam, scam and scam. What a shame too bc I could have been a lifetime customer and not only will I never be back, I will let anyone who asks know the “real” experience that takes place here. Shame on them. More
