I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Excellent experience. .made me feel extremely comfortable with my new purchase. I had not had a car payment in 14 yrs so this purchase was not made easily. Recently purchased a Lincoln Nautilus from Kyle at the Klaben dealership in Kent. He was absolutely awesome. We were out car shopping just to look. We had previously been at the Toyota dealership, where w Klaben dealership in Kent. He was absolutely awesome. We were out car shopping just to look. We had previously been at the Toyota dealership, where we left unhappy with the service. Kyle was top notch from the moment he greeted us. The deal was easy. He was transparent, personable and he made the process very easy. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and clearly takes pride in his work. My husband and I have purchased 19 vehicles in our 21 year marriage and this was hands down the best experience of all our purchases! The entire team was great to work with.
