I came in looking to upgrade from my ford focus as my wife and I had our first child. I was not exactly sure what I wanted to upgrade to, but I did know that I couldn't break the bank to get it. Tom did a great job listening to what I wanted from my new car and talking me through all my potential possibilities, and there were many. He was very patient as I had to keep checking in with my wife to get her input as well. After a ton of questions and discussion Tom was able to get me into the exact car I wanted for the price I was more than comfortable with. It is also definitely worth mentioning that I never felt any pressure from Tom to buy any of the cars I looked at. I truly felt that he had my best interest at heart and was more concerned with me feeling confident that I was making the right choice than just making a sale. I was a great buying experience and I would recommend this dealership and Tom to anyone looking for a new car. More

I can't really describe the anxiety I used to have about buying a car. I'm sure it's probably the way many women feel about buying a car. The stereotypical attitude that you expect is for a car salesman to talk over you, or ignore you and only show your husband the car. Most likely not give you as good of a deal as they would a man... This has been the total opposite experience that I've had at Klaben. Every time I go to the dealership, they bend over backwards to take care of me. Doug and Christine have made the buying experience pleasant and easy. The service department is amazing. Mike B. always returns my call promptly, and always makes sure to get my vehicle in as quickly as possible. He's spent a lot of time on the phone with me, helping me figure out my sync system, and even helping me update my cell phone so it would work with my car. We just bought a new Ford Expedition, and we couldn't be happier. The sales team did an excellent job of working with us to give us a great trade-in value for my car and an amazing deal on our new vehicle. I will continue to purchase vehicles from Klaben, and Doug Carter. You can't put a price on great customer service. Klaben makes it a priority. More
