It took 3 hours for my first inspection after I purchased the car, I called and was told it was a free inspection. I admit that I was nervous about my first visit and didn't know what to expect. I asked to not have my truck washed and they washed it anyway. I asked if I could use my free oil change on my truck and was told they will not do it until 10,000 miles so they did the recall only. I then anyway. I asked if I could use my free oil change on my truck and was told they will not do it until 10,000 miles so they did the recall only. I then took my wife's cars to have her recall work done the very next day. When picking it up I find that they changed the oil and rotated the tires even though that was not part of what was supposed to be done. I had already changed the oil and rotated the tires myself because I was told they would not do it until 10,000 miles. I was then lied to and told they did not change the oil but their work order clearly states the oil was changed and my service sticker was replaced with their own and mileage updated. I now have to rotate my tires back (to be fair they offered but trust was lost) and my free oil change was used up. My biggest issue is being lied to going as far as trying to convince me oil would be listed as a line item on the work order when they are not doing an oil change which makes no sense. More
