We are sorry you were inconvenienced. Unfortunately we don't have a body shop and couldn't do it here. The parts use to come in painted and it would've been an easy fix, unfortunately Toyota changed that and we were not informed. You were prioritized for installation however but when it has to go to an outside vendor we are at their mercy on timing.
