Not impressed with the dealership at all. Had my car in July for a warranty fix for a cracked axel. It was "fixed" after I got back from a month long vacation, I drove it for two days before my entire front end started shaking and it was no longer operational. Took it back in, when I found out only MINIMAL Repair was done for the warranty, boots and clamps only, not the cracked axel. I almost got rear-ended on I-4 when my car started shaking so bad and I had to back off on the throttle, because it wouldn't drive faster than 25mph without acting like the engine was going to fall out of my vehicle. In reality, I could have been killed. Had it back in the shop in August- where the actual axel was repaired. Picked up my vehicle then because it was "perfect". PERFECTLY DAMAGED TO THE LEFT FENDER. Unbelievable. My vehicle went in with no damage to it. Had to take it back in to Kia for a paint job to whoever drove it into a wall. I hope, for as long as I own my Telluride, I will never have to do business with you all again. Complete disappointment, again, you should be thankful Brent was there to fix all of your problems.
