My experience was great! I have had some bad experiences purchasing cars in the past, which made me reluctant to go to a dealership. My initial contact caused concern; howeve I have had some bad experiences purchasing cars in the past, which made me reluctant to go to a dealership. My initial contact caused concern; however, Bethany quickly responded and gave me a clear picture of what I could expect concerning a final price. When I arrived at the dealership Billy Goss greeted my wife and I and did a great job guiding us through the process. Though asked about other package like extended warranty and financing, when I said I wasn't interested and I had financing there was no high pressure or other tactics to delay the process. I was in and out of the dealership in about two hours, which is a record for me. Some of that time was spent visiting with Billy Goss, which was enjoyable as we had common interest and coincidentally knew some of the same people. Overall...a great experience and the car I purchased was in great shape which is a testament to the dealership and how they choose used vehicles to put on their lot. More

Every thing about the deal was excellent. I explained to them what I wanted, they found it quickly and had a deal ready that was even better than I expected.
