5 Every experience I’ve had with Ken Ganley Automotive Group (chatgpt://generic-entity?number=0) has been exceptional. I previously purchased two vehicles from their Medina (chatgpt://generic-entity?numbe Group (chatgpt://generic-entity?number=0) has been exceptional. I previously purchased two vehicles from their Medina (chatgpt://generic-entity?number=1) location, and most recently had my Chevy serviced at the Norton (chatgpt://generic-entity?number=2) dealership. Although this visit was for service rather than a purchase, the level of professionalism and care remained outstanding. The entire staff was welcoming, and Ashley was especially helpful. She took the time to navigate my CMJA warranty to determine coverage and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Even more impressive, my vehicle was completed and returned two weeks ahead of schedule. I truly appreciate the efficiency and customer-focused service. My family and I will continue choosing Ken Ganley with complete confidence. More

On 10/28 I was told that TPMS was not covered and when I was there on 11/19 for the other side I found out it was covered and asked about a refund and wanted to speak with a manager. I also told them I spo was there on 11/19 for the other side I found out it was covered and asked about a refund and wanted to speak with a manager. I also told them I spoke with a mechanic and it is not required to get them both done on the same side like I was told. I spoke with the manager John K and he was nonchalant about my experience and stated that life was too short to argue when I was telling him about my frustration about paying when it was covered. He said she was new and made a mistake. I was told that I was going to be refunded but had to wait for a check to be mailed to me. The whole experience with the service dept was a fiasco to deal with and how I felt did not feel validated. I was offered a free oil change and asked what would make me happy. I feel like as a customer I should not have to wait to be reimbursed when it was their error. This is my 3rd car from them and the service dept quality is declining since I 1st became a customer. I arrived at 9:45 am and left after noon. I was the last person in the lobby for sales at that time. More
