They fixed a warranty problem - that left me stranded- but I picked up my truck - I was told my battery is low because the truck sat at you facility for three days / my interior lights don't work - Alan s but I picked up my truck - I was told my battery is low because the truck sat at you facility for three days / my interior lights don't work - Alan said it's because the battery is a gell battery - and I should charge it / why didn't you charge it if you new this would happen / he said bring it back / I live in Richfield / - very poor communication More

We appreciated everything Ashley did for us, She was very nice and knowledgible about what was needed to fix our car, Ganley service dept and the technician did a fantastic job in finding out the issue with nice and knowledgible about what was needed to fix our car, Ganley service dept and the technician did a fantastic job in finding out the issue with the car. We wish we would have taken the car to Ken Ganley Ford Norton to begin with. as no other repair shops could find out the real problem and it cost us alot of money . Other ford dealerships couldn't help because of the extended warranty, but Alan took me right in. Alan was spot on with the diagnosis, fixed my f150 and was a pleasure to work with.
