Other ford dealerships couldn't help because of the extended warranty, but Alan took me right in. Alan was spot on with the diagnosis, fixed my f150 and was a pleasure to work with. The Service dept was very considerate and helpful. I had health problems and could not drive the distance to get service. They were able to pick up my car and bring it back.
