Scheduled a 2:30pm appointment for them to diagnose what why I had a check system storage warning on my 2017 Honda accord. Car didn’t get looked at until 4:30. Was told that I would not be charged the diagnostic fee if I went ahead with the repairs. The only repair that was needed was the replacement of a brunt out fuse. Which they changed but tried to charge me $231 diagnostic fee. They also tried to charge me $398 to install a window visor. There is literally a 3 minute long video on YouTube that shows you how to do that. So your telling me your charging me $100 a minute for the a job that simple. Absolutely ridiculous place and Aleiah is the worst. More

Aleiah Brown was great to work with. Had to leave my car overnight. She was off the next day. She still called me that morning to give me updates.
