I almost didn’t take my vehicle in to Longo Toyota because I was embarrassed that all I needed to have done was to have the pressure of my tires checked and to have one tire repaired. (I had tried to have this done at a couple of tire shops but was always told my wait time would be at least 1 1/2 hours!). To my surprise I was treated as if I was having a big repair job being done on my vehicle! Wasn’t put aside. I think I waited a total of 15-20 minutes. That’s the kind of customer service I appreciate!

Gene the finance manager straight up lied about the price of the car, the price of an optional alarm, and the dealership refused to return my calls until after the 10 day waiting period. NOHO Toyota informed me that parts were missing that should have come with the car since it was gold certified. Horrible dealership.

Such behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting. Viktor from sales was outstanding—friendly, patient, and helpful. He made the first half of the car-buying experience smooth and pleasant. His professionalism stood in stark contrast to what followed.

Had my hybrid battery replaced for $4k. I think they did a fine job but they didn't tell me that my car would fail a smog check until the car had been driven a certain amount of miles and completed a few internal system checks/milestones. I asked that they cover the cost of the smog check re-test ($43.00) and they completely ignored me. Would never call me back. They offered to give me store credits, but I plan on selling my Prius so that means nothing to me. The service rep even said, yeah I should have told you. Poor form Toyota of Hollywood. Sad and underwhelming customer service. They are always more than happy to take your money, but aren't willing to be fair to their customers. I will never recommend this location to anybody.
