Alex Giron was the best! I've gone to this Toyota center about 15 times and Alex really stood out to me. I needed a oil change but he noticed my alignment might need some help. I did the check alignment service and he called me to update me on the poor results. After, I asked Alex to align it and it was done. This would have taken me like 3 trips to the dealership and he got it done in 1.

Sergio sent me a message that it was ready, but I had no idea where his office was. Had to ask around to find him to check out. Nothing special about the service here, but also nothing bad either.

I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Nope. Was quoted a price, drove 4+ hours only to have the dealership add on $1000 lojack/security system they refused to remove. Of course I should have walked out but easier said than done after that long of a drive. Salesman swore he told me of add-on verbally, but I record my calls and he didn't, and the paperwork he emailed me ahead of the sale did not include the extra $1,000. I read statements on the site and in store about full transparency and how Huntsville Toyota differed from typical pushy dealerships -what an absolute disappointment.
