The car broke down on the way home from the dealership due to an incorrectly installed or graded bolt. I got it towed back to get that fixed and also discovered that the salesman Mo Ahmad had lied about the certified pre-owned status due to an open recall (airbags) on the vehicle that I specifically asked about when we came in because I saw it on the CarFax. Mo lied to my face and said it had been taken care of, then again when we came to pick up the car and he said it had been certified. The service department and the sales manager Zech were both helpful in getting these issues sorted and getting me a loaner while they work on my car, as well as covering my next few oil changes, but I am still incredibly disappointed and angry about my experience here. More
