With all credit due to John Riese, he had to work a bit to earn our business. He understands there is a difference between a sales person and an order taker. Ultimately, we packaged a very good deal and purchased a great vehicle. I truly appreciate we we're straightforward with one another, especially via e-mail prior to coming up to look at and test drive the vehicle, and he continued to be fair at the point of sale. We'll most certainly consider Elkhorn Motors again when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.

Even after Quentin busted his butt to get a vehicle from another Boucher dealership, there was no pressure or hassle. Even the dreaded finance manager was just a real nice guy. No pressure there either. Just full on explanation of every detail, no hiding parts of a contract as my father signed. They both looked at us as if to say "You want this, cool. At the time of purchase these Explorers were hard to find! Trevor worked his magic and got me one, the exact one I wanted! He was very prompt in answering all my questions. What a pleasure it was to work with the entire Lynch staff! Patrick Smith went above and beyond from the get-go. He recently sold a car to my brother, so I already knew I was in good hands! I wasn't in any hurry to purchase a new car; I was simply just shopping around. Patrick and I initially spoke over the phone... a good 30 minute conversation. He truly listened and talked thru things with me. We scheduled to test drive a couple of cars the following weekend. I was able to free up time during the week and, with short notice, Patrick was able to accommodate. He never rushed any conversation, never pressured any decision and was gave his honest feedback on the vehicles. I fell in love with the 4Runner I test drove and schedule an appointment to come back the following weekend to pull the trigger. Patrick had scheduled PTO but came in just to meet with me and help me seal the deal. He was extremely responsive via phone and text to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout this process! Phath Ty, the Finance Director, was incredibly patient with me throughout the days; also incredibly responsive. After coming to agreement on numbers, Phath made the transaction extremely quick and easy! He took the time to explain everything, but also had all the paperwork prepared ahead of time. I was in and out within an hour! Phath and Patrick were an extreme pleasure to work with. Our family will most definitely be sticking with the Lynch group because of these two. Highly recommend purchasing your next car (used or new) thru Lynch; specifically Patrick and Phath!

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in over 35 years of buying vehicles (and over 25 vehicles). The only reason I made the purchase is they had the exact car I wanted. But their service is horrific. Every time we make an appointment and even confirmed the service - they fail to deliver. Either they do not have the appointment in their system, or they continually reschedule. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend is close by and FAR better.
