Even though we ultimately purchased from a different dealership (only because the specific car we wanted was available there sooner), I still wanted to leave a review because of how great this team was to work with. From start to finish, Ariel and Michael were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all of our questions, were transparent about pricing, and never made us feel pressured. You can tell they really care about their customers and go above and beyond to make the buying process smooth and stress-free. If they had the exact car we needed at the time, we would’ve happily purchased here without hesitation. On my last service visit before turning in my 2019 Toyota Camry XLE for a new Vehicle at the Same Dealership, I was very pleased to receive a modified Toyota Care servicing. Mohammed "Moe" is my Service Advisor in the Service Department after my previous Advisor moved on. As always, the vehicle was checked in for the appointment previously made. I was then brought to Mohammed to write up my service order on the car for it's 6 month Toyota Care which I kept up personally after the Complimentary one which was part of the vehicle care. Keeping it up assures the vehicle running well as it is monitored. Mohammed and I agreed what work should be included since the vehicle was going to be turned over to the dealership for purchase at the time of arranging the future new lease. I waited in the very comfortable waiting area with TV, comfortable furniture and also Comp Beverage Station. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs by another staff member. He was also informing the other customers of their vehicles. In about an hour or so Mohammed directed me to the Cashier. After paying, I was informed when the next service was suggested. I was directed to the parking lot which was informed I was heading to have my car ready. The car was brought to me at the gate. Another pleasant service visit to the Service Department at Toyota of Bay Ridge. I will continuing using the Service Department with the leasing of the new vehicle,

The Springfield Toyota service center was amazing! I brought my car in for a diagnostic because of a noise I was hearing and the team took a long time to help me out even though my appointment was already a bit later in the day! They test drove my car numerous times and performed several different tests until they were able to pinpoint the sound and eventually they figured it out. Myrna was wonderful to work with, she really went above and beyond helping me out. Any questions I had she answered, and she helped to make sure I was informed the entire time my car was being worked on. I am so happy with the service provided by the entire team and couldn’t have been happier to drive out of there knowing my car was fixed and safe to drive again. this location's service department fleeced me out of over $800 on xxxxxxxx "maintenance". I was hesitant to pay it at the time but assumed the mechanic's recommendations were necessary. the guy "advising" me barely spoke to me and just texted me even though i was in the same room the whole time. go home to find out they just ripped me off. I'm definitely the stupid one for trusting these people. don't recommend anyone else ever use this place's service department, just go to a local mechanic.

$155 for an oil change and tire rotation plus 1 1/2 wait time turned me off.i had an appointment but it still took that long. Beautiful facility and pleasant staff Three persons in drive in bay was over the top and while convenient, may be an unneeded expense for the dealership. Coffee and snacks in waiting area was nice. How about starting an Express Oil Chang where you are in and out in 20 minutes. My Chevy is do for an oil change but will go to Jiffy Lube instead of Paul Miller Chevy dealership in West Caldwell

Gave them a couple of day before calling back for them to tell me they didn't process my order because it was wrong why nobody reached out when they found out it was wrong or canceled the order immediately Very Unprofessional in the man on the phone took 15 minutes to tell me that it was wrong order

I brought my 2007 Prius for a routine brake actuator - Michael

I brought my 2007 Prius for a routine brake actuator replacement. On the day of my appointment I show up to their service department. They tell me they don't show an appointment for me. I then show them their business card with the appointment date and time written by them. They then take my car in. A week later I get my car back. After paying $3000 plus for parts and labor they pull my car out. I immediately see the warning light illuminating on the dashboard indicating a problem with my hybrid battery system. I inquire the service manager about the warning light. He tells me that due to the age of my car, the hybrid battery failed and that I would need to pay to have it fixed. I never had an issue with my hybrid system so I'm very skeptical about the manager explanation. I tried getting an answer from Toyota corporate and their customer service, but nobody can explain why I wasn't told about my battery problem before they started working on the brake actuator. I would had never authorized their service department to continue working on my brakes if they would had told me that I had a major issue with the hybrid battery.
