Unfortunately, my experience after the purchase has been extremely disappointing and far below the level of customer service I expected from a Toyota dealership. Before I purchased the vehicle, the dealership responded very quickly to my questions and provided excellent attention and assistance. The sales process was smooth, and I felt that my business was valued as a customer. However, after the paperwork was completed and the vehicle was sold, the quality of communication and customer service changed completely. About one week after the purchase, I contacted my salesperson, Roma, to ask for an update regarding my brother’s permanent New York license plates. I completely understand that DMV processing times are outside of the dealership’s control. My request was simply to receive an update or any available information. I was not demanding immediate results; I was only hoping for a professional and helpful response. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the same level of attention that I experienced before buying the vehicle, I felt that my questions were treated as an inconvenience. This was very disappointing, especially after making a major purchase from the dealership. Furthermore, I sent a message to the dealership at 10:37 AM requesting a reasonable response and assistance regarding this matter. However, after waiting until now, I still have not received any reply. The lack of communication and follow-up has made me feel ignored as a customer. Purchasing a vehicle is not just a one-time transaction. Customers need support after the sale for important matters such as registration, license plates, warranty questions, maintenance, and future service needs. A dealership representing the Toyota brand should continue to provide respect, responsibility, and professionalism even after the payment has been completed. I hope Parkway Toyota seriously reviews its after-sales customer service process. A customer’s experience after purchasing a vehicle is just as important as the experience during the sale. I hope future customers receive the same attention after their purchase as they do before signing the paperwork. More

this location's service department fleeced me out of over $800 on xxxxxxxx "maintenance". I was hesitant to pay it at the time but assumed the mechanic's recommendations were necessary. the guy "advising" me $800 on xxxxxxxx "maintenance". I was hesitant to pay it at the time but assumed the mechanic's recommendations were necessary. the guy "advising" me barely spoke to me and just texted me even though i was in the same room the whole time. go home to find out they just ripped me off. I'm definitely the stupid one for trusting these people. don't recommend anyone else ever use this place's service department, just go to a local mechanic. More

I went to this dealership because they were the only one within an hour radius to have the Prius Limited in the Pearl color that I wanted. Space is clean and comfortable. He took me through the whole process with professionalism and patience. I brought in my 2012 Prius as a trade in, and Tim, the head of the used car department, quickly returned with a great trade in offer. The boss, Nelson, put together a package which was an incredible value ( I know this having done many weeks of research and talking to other dealers). All the employees were polite and respectful of my time, and did their best to expedite the process. I never had the “sleazy car dealer” feeling, working with them. Once the new car was ready, Sam did a heroic job to teach me all the new electronics, (I am a senior). He then followed up by a phone call a few days later to make sure all was well. I fully recommend this dealership. More
