this location's service department fleeced me out of over $800 on xxxxxxxx "maintenance". I was hesitant to pay it at the time but assumed the mechanic's recommendations were necessary. the guy "advising" me barely spoke to me and just texted me even though i was in the same room the whole time. go home to find out they just ripped me off. I'm definitely the stupid one for trusting these people. don't recommend anyone else ever use this place's service department, just go to a local mechanic.

I went to this dealership because they were the only one within an hour radius to have the Prius Limited in the Pearl color that I wanted. Space is clean and comfortable. I was met by a wonderful salesperson, Sam Perez. He took me through the whole process with professionalism and patience. I brought in my 2012 Prius as a trade in, and Tim, the head of the used car department, quickly returned with a great trade in offer. The boss, Nelson, put together a package which was an incredible value ( I know this having done many weeks of research and talking to other dealers). All the employees were polite and respectful of my time, and did their best to expedite the process. I never had the “sleazy car dealer” feeling, working with them. Once the new car was ready, Sam did a heroic job to teach me all the new electronics, (I am a senior). He then followed up by a phone call a few days later to make sure all was well. I fully recommend this dealership.
