Was buying a car for the first time. The good thing about this dealer is that there were no such additional or hidden costs and all the details were clearly explained by Mr.Park. The offer was also very reasonable. It was only during price negotiations when one Mr. Sam A got involved for just a few minutes and seemed really rude. I would have probably given "great" ratings in all categories but for this individual. Advise - avoid this person. Ask for Mr. Daniel Park. He is very friendly and does a great job. Overall, the experience was hassle free and was devoid of headaches that I went through at other auto dealerships. More

Then they said they had the car I wanted in stock, then there was a mix up and they didnt but could get it...I then had to deal with Bob Wine o Grad. Is this guy for real?
