Made and appointment for oil change and for a recall repair. Confirmed my appointment the day before and specified it was also to address the recall on my vehicle. I arrived at 9:08 for a 9:15 am appoi repair. Confirmed my appointment the day before and specified it was also to address the recall on my vehicle. I arrived at 9:08 for a 9:15 am appointment. I was told by the service agent that they were not doing recall repairs until the 3rd quarter. I waited for the oil change. I left the Advantage Toyota service at 12:15 pm. Three hours for an oil change. If I didn’t inquire multiple times about the status of my vehicle, it probably would have been a longer wait. Never going back to them again More

This dealership is a classic Bait-and-Switch scam. I reached out via Autotrader, as I saw a 26 Sienna listed at a discount. When I said I want to buy it, not only did the discount disappear, but now he wanted to charge me $7k over MSRP!!!! I am referring this place to NYS Attorney General. These scammers should have their dealer license pulled. More

Akin Dixon is a true professional and represents this dealership well. He's always informative of my vehicle's needs and carries himself with integrity. Dealerships get a bad reputation because of shady practices, but from what I can observe, this one does fine. I always double check the work performed as to not be scammed. So far so good.
