Atlantic Toyota is a phenomenal dealership that I will be - jcoady181

Atlantic Toyota is a phenomenal dealership that I will be exclusively going to and working with for any vehicle needs I have. Their service department is excellent, responsive, professional, and talented at what they do. Anytime I have ever called to make a service appointment, I am always relieved and glad to get to speak with a human representative and not an endless AI-robot maze of an answering system. Making appointments is easy and when I arrived, my advisor Tyler M. was wonderfully kind, professional, and courteous. I waited in the waiting area while my Camry was being worked on and was done & back on the road in no time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

"I recently purchased a 2026 Camry SE AWD from Bay Ridge Toyota and the experience was seamless. Living in Staten Island, I shopped around, but the team in Brooklyn was straightforward and professional. They handled the LoJack and dash cam installation perfectly, and the car was ready exactly as promised. Special thanks to Jefferson, Adel and Frank for being patient and making the process quick and easy. Highly recommend them if you want a no-nonsense experience!"

If there was a thing for stars it would be no stars, - sandronjmartinez1997

If there was a thing for stars it would be no stars, customer service is terrible, they lie to your customers. Taken off of work to go the vehicle service and they want to give you the run around. Extended warranty is lies they just want to take your money from your pockets. Service advisor John is not to be dealt with at Toyota, his customer service has zero is terrible and zero integrity. His team doesn’t help one bit except scheme. The population.

I brought my 2007 Prius for a routine brake actuator - Michael

I brought my 2007 Prius for a routine brake actuator replacement. On the day of my appointment I show up to their service department. They tell me they don't show an appointment for me. I then show them their business card with the appointment date and time written by them. They then take my car in. A week later I get my car back. After paying $3000 plus for parts and labor they pull my car out. I immediately see the warning light illuminating on the dashboard indicating a problem with my hybrid battery system. I inquire the service manager about the warning light. He tells me that due to the age of my car, the hybrid battery failed and that I would need to pay to have it fixed. I never had an issue with my hybrid system so I'm very skeptical about the manager explanation. I tried getting an answer from Toyota corporate and their customer service, but nobody can explain why I wasn't told about my battery problem before they started working on the brake actuator. I would had never authorized their service department to continue working on my brakes if they would had told me that I had a major issue with the hybrid battery.
