Personally intervened, addressed, and resolved a DMV issue within minutes of being notified. Wife is thrilled with the car. Joel's unmatched professionalism and personal demeanor are noteworthy, and we look forward to the next visit. Definitely worth the 3-hour drive from Connecticut. A 5-star visit!

Had a great experience with Noah - salesman , John - manger and Keith - finance. No sales tactics or pressure put on us. All three gentlemen were straight forward and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience . I was impressed with the treatment we received since we weren’t buying a new car and further more we weren’t buying a Kia. To be safe, I put a deposit down on a Tacoma and went home to investigate all the information these individuals told me and everything was true. They are straight shooters and will definitely work with you . I highly recommend checking them out, even if you are not buying a Kia.

Canobie Lake Toyota Salem NH is the best dealership I have experienced.. today I had the oil change at 5000 miles for my new 2025 Toyota Corolla XSE which I also purchased here.. Johley the service representative who worked with me is attentive and efficient.. she got me a discount on the oil change.. the oil used for my XSE is new and unique to the XSE and another model.. Oil change was done in under an hour..I will continue to have all the service on my new XSE done here as well as my extended family.. All employees seem happy to be working here and that says volumes about the dealership.. when its time to purchase my next Toyota i will surely be buying it here.. although that probably won’t be for a few years because I love this XSE and for sure will be driving it for many years Sincerely Shawn C
