I found the Yukon Denali on their website and contacted them to come take a look at it. When I arrived, I met Mike and spoke with him for a bit about the truck. It was out front and ready to go. I left them to come take a look at it. When I arrived, I met Mike and spoke with him for a bit about the truck. It was out front and ready to go. I left my truck with Mike so he could look it over and take it for a drive as a trade-in. Mike went over the new truck with me, and I took it for a test drive. It was everything that was described and more. When I came back, I took a closer look at the truck, inside and out. Mike was there to answer any questions I had. After discussing it for a while, I told him, "It looks good. Let's go inside and talk numbers." We went inside and went back and forth a little on the numbers, and we were able to come to a deal that worked for both of us. I came back the next day to complete the final paperwork. There was a lot to get through, but everything went smoothly. They even took care of getting the New Hampshire plates for me. Once everything was completed, Chris went over the entire truck with me and answered all of my questions. I've had the truck for almost a week now, and it has been great. I also received a follow-up phone call to make sure I was happy with it and to see if I needed anything. I highly recommend Bill DeLuca GMC. The entire experience was great from start to finish, and Mike and Chris were excellent to work with. More
