If I could give it a half star I would. I purchase a Jeep Wagoneer back in February of 2026. When we purchased it there was an issue with the drivers seat heat. They signed and had us sign I purchase a Jeep Wagoneer back in February of 2026. When we purchased it there was an issue with the drivers seat heat. They signed and had us sign a "we owe" document stating that they would take care of the repair. They had to service this out to Jeep because it was above their level of expertise. now Carfive and the general manager Brian are refusing to honor that "we owe" contract and will not pay Allen Mello. We are stuck with the invoice if we want our vehicle back. More

I can not recommend CarFive. I exchanged several emails with them, and was offered a fair amount sight unseen. They asked me to come in, and offered me less than offered, but acc I exchanged several emails with them, and was offered a fair amount sight unseen. They told me they'd come to my house in the morning with it. After waiting for an hour after they opened, I began an hour of phone calls, and after another 90 minutes being told that their management team was notified, and more phone calls, finally the salesman called me and told me that they changed their mind.
