I had initially come in to look at a pre owned that Maria had found. It wasn't right for me and Dumitru found me a new car that fit my needs with a very reasonable trade. Everything went expediently and I'm very happy with my new ride. I must mention Darnell from financing. She was wonderful, Ive worked with her before but had forgotten how much fun she is to work with. All in all I had a great experience. I hope to continue my service relationship with Renan as my service advisor. He's the greatest for the long term relationship you have with the service department. While I initially felt some typical dealership pressure from a salesperson who seemed determined to push me toward a vehicle loaded with expensive add-ons I didn't need, the manager stepped in and completely changed the trajectory of my visit. They listened to my concerns and we found a car that actually fit my needs without the unnecessary upsells. Michael Evans handled my test drive and final delivery. He was incredibly knowledgeable, provided a zero-pressure environment, and went above and beyond by delivering the vehicle to a location that was convenient for me.

I had a great experience I drove approximately 50 mi away from my house to get there because they had a used car I was looking at My salesman was great my finance manager was very helpful as well I said no to a lot of the extras and he did not push or insult like a lot of the other places do it was a no haggle price on the car and they actually gave me $1,000 more for my trade than everybody else it was a high mileage vehicle I thought it was worth more but Kelley Blue book came in it 2,000 bucks Max. I would definitely go back there for another car purchase but not for one of those $150,000 Cadillacs. maybe someday
