Tommy was great to work with. When I showed up I already had the vehicle in my mind that I want to see, unfortunately that vehicle was on the website and not at the location yet still in transit. I wanted that color, Tommy never tried any pressure tactics for any other color or model. When the vehicle was in transit the Ship, NJ dock, car carrier to Putnam Tommy constantly updated me including a text picture when it arrived. The sale process took about two hours that long for me but I’m inpatient. The management and finance department Melissa was awesome too.

I had been away for about 2 months, and returned to a dead battery in my Odyssey. I was able to jump start the car, and took it to a place to check the battery health -- they indicated it was only at 35% power level. Went to Lundgren Service today for a battery check to confirm the battery was bad -- it was. Actually it was a 100 month replacement battery I bought from Lundgren in Oct., 2019, so it still had some warranty remaining. The staff was able to replace the 5 1/2 year old battery with a new 100 month replacement at a total cost of $136. WOW is all I can say. This reaffirms my belief that Lundgren's does focus on fair and honest prices for repairs.
