Mark, who negotiated all the sale paperwork, was very kind and thoughtful, and I noticed that he fully included my wife in our conversation by directing comments to her and valuing her presence in a very egalitarian and non-sexist way. And we made a deal in a speedy way. I had bought a previous Prius here, and as a return customer, I'm glad I chose Wellesley Toyota.

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav 4 from Toyota of Watertown. Initially, I wanted a Ruby Red Flare Rav 4 but after seeing the car in person, decided I liked the Magnetic Gray Metallic color better. After I realized this, I contact the Kenny Wright who is one of the sale managers there. He kindly agreed to sell me the car with the color I wanted even though he had to order the Ruby Red Rav and it was already delivered to his dealership. I have bought several Toyotas in the past and Kenny was the most patient, fair and responsive sales manager I have ever dealt with. Also, the finance manager Marat Alaverdian was pleasant to deal with. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and did not pressure me to buy anything extra I did not want. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota, definitely call Toyota of Watertown and ask for Kenny Wright; he is the BEST!

With a "Buy 3 tires, get 1 free" promotion, charged me for 4 tires - in a receipt: 5 tires plus labor, then 1 tire plus labor subtracted. All of this after verbal conformation from a service advisor that "promotion has been applied". $240.13 were returned by check eventually, but trust has been lost.

I ultimately didn't buy here due to a simple lack of inventory (I wanted a Prius Prime XSE in guardian gray, and they unfortunately they didn't have any in stock), but I still wanted to write a review to express appreciation for Joel and Harley. Joel in sales was kind and didn't apply any pressure on me whatsoever, and Harley in finance offered a helpful breakdown of what a leasing option would look like. I found them to be excellent to deal with and trusted what they were telling me in terms of pricing and options, and again, most importantly, they didn't pressure me whatsoever and simply talked me through my options. If they'd had inventory there, I would have absolutely purchased with them and recommend them highly if you're considering your own purchase.

I recently purchased a used Honda from this dealership and have had a deeply disappointing experience. Despite assurances during the sale that the vehicle was in excellent condition, my trusted mechanic discovered multiple issues including transmission codes and a faulty seat module. When I reported these problems, I was met with dismissive responses, including the sales manager claiming my mechanic was "lying." After multiple attempts to resolve these issues, I've experienced poor communication, broken promises, and a concerning lack of accountability. While they eventually agreed to fix the seat module issue, getting them to honor this commitment has been unnecessarily difficult- and not yet resolved I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone valuing transparency, honesty, and customer service.

I strongly advise against shopping for a vehicle at this dealership based on my negative experience. Their communication and customer service are severely lacking. I visited the dealership on Monday and found a truck I liked. Wanting to carefully consider the decision, I informed the salesperson I was working with that I would reach out within a day or two. On Wednesday morning, I texted the salesperson to confirm I’d be coming in later that evening to finalize the purchase and even discussed down payment options. He assured me via text and phone call that everything was set and ready for me to close the deal when I came in. However, after driving an hour and a half to reach the dealership that evening, I was informed upon arrival that the truck had already been sold earlier that day. Despite multiple confirmations from the salesperson, no one took the initiative or courtesy to inform me before making the trip. While I completely understand that vehicles sell quickly, it’s unacceptable and inconsiderate to let a customer drive a significant distance when the vehicle is no longer available. This lack of professionalism and basic communication is extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend taking your business to a dealership that values its customers’ time and communicates honestly.
