I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Stevens Point Hyundai. When I first contacted the dealership with questions about a couple of vehicles I was considering, I was connected with Tyler. He responded quickly and, importantly to me, communicated by email, which was my preferred way of corresponding. Over the next five days, Tyler patiently answered my many questions while I considered different vehicles and purchase options. I never felt rushed to make a decision. His responses were timely, clear, and straightforward, which made it much easier for me to sort through the information and decide what was right for me. Once I decided to make the two-hour trip to Stevens Point to move forward with the purchase, Tyler worked around my schedule and made sure both he and the appropriate members of his team were available. Throughout the entire process, I felt that my questions were welcomed and answered honestly. The different options were explained clearly, and I never felt significant pressure to purchase something I didn’t want or need. I was especially appreciative of the amount of time Tyler spent with me after the sale was finalized. My previous vehicle was 16 years old, so many of the features and technology in my new Hyundai were completely new to me. Tyler never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable asking questions. Instead, he took considerable time to sit with me in the vehicle, walk me through the many features, help me get things set up, and make sure I felt comfortable before I left the dealership. After what had already been a long day, I really appreciated his patience and willingness to spend that extra time with me. Please consider looking for your car from another dealership. Rosen Hyundai of Kenosha is not to be trusted! If you do consider purchasing a car from them take time to review your purchase and finance contracts very carefully. Do not let their finance director try to push documentation by you without fully understanding and taking time to read exactly what you're signing. I made that mistake and now I'm working with state and federal consumer protection agencies to get $14,000+ in fraudulent dealer add-ons and loan interest fees dismissed and the car purchase voided. Don't let them take advantage of you like they did to me!!!
